Pic of the day: The Enthusiasm Gap ("One Nation" DC Rally an utter FAIL!)

A purported pic from the failed "One Nation" rally yesterday (keep in mind that Glenn Beck packed in between 300,000 - 500,000):

From MY Way: Thousands gather in DC in support of Dems agenda

Thousands of people flocked to the Lincoln Memorial for a rally Saturday organized by labor and civil rights groups, hoping to show support for the Democratic agenda in the face of expected GOP election gains next month.

More than 400 organizations, including faith, environmental and gay rights groups, sponsored the "One Nation Working Together" demonstration on the same end of the National Mall where a month ago tea party activists met to hear conservative commentator Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin.

And in perhaps the biggest understatement:

"There may be an enthusiasm gap, but we're not going to know until we have an election,"...

The AP buried the disappointment, but even they couldn't hide the scale of the fail:

Organizers claimed they had as many participants as Beck's rally. But Saturday's crowds were less dense and didn't reach as far to the edges as they did during Beck's rally.
