Good News: New Black Panther thugs head back to polls; Democrat panelist blocks Civil Rights Commiss

As practically everyone knows by now, AG Eric Holder at the behest of Obama dropped all charges against members of the new black panther party that were intimidating white voters on camera at polling stations in Philadelphia. As Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes was quotes as saying: 'Never Bring Another Lawsuit Against a Black'
Well those thugs are going back to the polls. From Michelle Malkin:
They're baaaaaaack.
Before the Philly New Black Panther Party radicals showed up at a voting booth in 2008 with billy clubs and racial epithets at the ready, my old nemesis Malik Shabazz — the NBPP thug-in-chief — put out a nationwide warning. Remember?
"We will be at the polls in the cities and counties in many states to ensure that the enemy does not sabotage the black vote, which was won through the blood of the martyrs of our people."
Well, NBPP official Quannell X in Texas says his militant minions will return…to monitor citizen election watchdogs.
Election Law Center says: Strap in.
And bring your cameras.
Especially bring your cameras. And then there's the so-called Civil Rights Commission. The last I posted on that was in August: U.S. Civil Rights Commission hearing erupts into shouting over Black Panther case. This is the latest on where that's at:
...the U.S. Civil Rights Commission was blocked from finalizing a report on DOJ's obstructionism and politicization of the Philly NBPP voter intimidation case. A lone Democrat holdout stymied the panel:
Democratic member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights walked out of the panel's meeting Friday to block acceptance of a report critical of the Justice Department's handling of a voting-rights investigation involving the New Black Panther Party.
Commissioner Michael Yaki Michael said the report, the product of a year-long inquiry into the 2008 case, was "cooked" by conservative members of the panel's majority to "lay an indictment against the Obama administration."
The commission's inquiry centers on the actions of New Black Panther Party members — one armed with a club — who were videotaped outside a Philadelphia polling place. The Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, then under the Bush administration, filed a voter intimidation lawsuit against the party members. But much of the case was dismissed during the Obama administration.
The report on the Obama Justice Department's actions criticizes the administration for refusing to cooperate with the commission review and for instructing some of its employees not to provide information to commission officials.
Commissioner Todd Gaziano said the Justice Department responses to requests for information represents "unprecedented stonewalling."
Help kick these bums out this next Tuesday.

Obama Heckled at Connecticut Rally

The fun starts about two minutes in. Obama again repeats the canard that the GOP doesn't want to fight AIDS, after Bush spent more worldwide in the fight against AIDS and had bipartisan support. In fact, Obama may well have scaled back funding. After five straight years of funding hikes and public-health victories — in 2008, Congress reauthorized PEPfAR with a new commitment of $48 billion over

Obama knew about the bombs 16 hours before the UK Prime Minister? I smell a rat.

RWB News: I'm calling bullspit.  First off, Obama didn't address the Christmas bomber for 5 days.  Secondly, this is a repeat of a few weeks ago with the administration making statements before verification has been made or other nations are informed.  I smell a rat, and it's called an October surprise that BACKFIRED.

By Andrew Porter and Richard Evans Telegraph.co.uk

The Prime Minister had spent the day in Brussels. At lunchtime he held a press conference to talk about the European summit.

Mr Cameron confidently fielded questions on the EU budget, the rows over housing and child benefits and even chided the BBC for its own budget and its ability to send several frontline reporters to cover the Brussels gathering.

There was no hint that something – a credible terrorist plot – was about to seize the news agenda.

At 11pm last night officials released a statement saying a meeting of Cobra, the government's emergency group, had taken place yesterday.

But Downing Street remained silent.

Two weeks earlier Mr Cameron had delayed the start to a rare Downing Street press conference as news of a bungled American attempt to rescue British hostage Linda Norgrove emerged from Afghanistan.

This time he went on with his press conference, apparently unaware of the drama unfolding as he spoke. He was not briefed until shortly after 2pm, 10 hours after the package was found and 16 hours after Barack Obama, the US President, was informed of the threat.

Only at 7:45pm was a statement released by Theresa May, the Home Secretary.

She said: "Safety and security of the UK remains my number one priority. We are working closely with our international colleagues and will continue to do so.

"A suspect package was discovered during a search of a cargo flight at East Midlands airport. This is currently being examined.

"The package originated in Yemen and was addressed to a destination in the US. At this stage there is nothing to suggest that any location in the UK as being targeted.

"We are urgently considering what steps need to be put in place regarding security of freight originating from Yemen. For security reasons there are currently no direct flights from Yemen to the UK."

There were also questions last night about the confused response from British police, who were only prompted to admit the package had been found after reports emerged in the US – 13 hours after the event.

It was Mr Obama who broke the news that explosives had been discovered in the packages, a suggestion police sources in Britain had earlier dismissed.

It appeared that the initial investigation, carried out by local police in Leicestershire, failed to unearth the explosives within the parcels.

It was only when Scotland Yard's specialist terrorism officers became involved, several hours later, that the seriousness of the threat was realised.

Leicestershire constabulary responded to the initial alert and discovered the package at around 3.30am. After an initial examination appeared to uncover nothing suspicious, police sources played down its significance as one of the many suspect packages reported every day to officers.

The alert at the airport was lifted before 10am, only to be re-imposed at 2pm as police and forensic teams re-examined the packages, seemingly after new intelligence emerged. It was not until 5pm, as news broke in the US, that police formally confirmed a suspicious package had been found.

Sources continued to suggest there were no explosives present, and Scotland Yard said it was not involved. But an hour later, detectives from the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command said they had taken over the inquiry.

At 7pm, two hours before President Obama said explosives had apparently been found, Leicestershire police issued a statement that the "East Midlands Airport incident has been resolved."

White House Considers 'Decoupling' Bush Tax Cuts Ahead of Midterms

The White House is heading back to the drawing board to determine the fate of the Bush tax cuts, amid fears Congress will not approve a plan to hike taxes on the nation's wealthiest families if Republicans take an expected House majority in next Tuesday's election, The Washington Post reported Saturday.

Obama 2009: 'I Won': Obama Today: 'We Need to Come Together'

Amazing the change of heart people have while the speeding freight train is rushing their way. Shocker! Americans Prefer Tax Cuts Over Government Spending

Yet another blow to the Keynesian theory of economic management. Of course, the American public has had since late 2008 to watch what happens when the government goes ballistic with spending, and seen how well that hasn't worked When faced with a budget crisis, most Americans think "it's always better to cut taxes than to [...]

Hmm… Barack Obama Rushing to Delaware to Campaign for Coons This Weekend

But… But… This race was supposed to be a lock?

Christine O'Donnell sliced the Bearded Marxist's lead in half in one week.

That's weird. Barack Obama is rushing back to blue state Delaware to campaign with Chris Coons this weekend.
Via American Glob:

RUSH: Obama is back to Delaware tomorrow. There is a new poll. The Monmouth University poll. Christine O'Donnell is within ten points. Two weeks ago she was down 57-38. She is within ten points. Coons has backed out of the final two debates, and in the Monmouth University poll, Christine O'Donnell is winning independents 47 to 42. In Delaware, there are a lot of Democrats fed up with the direction of the country who are going to vote Republican or who aren't going to vote.

Chris Coons was sued three times in 2007 for retaliating against public employees for their political views.
