FCC gets power grab over the internet, the same time Hugo Chavez does in Venezuela: "
The FCC just put their foot in the door in regulating the internet.
In a 3-2 vote, they approved a plan to regulate Internet, and allow service providers to charge customers based on bandwidth use. The FCC head said we must regulate the internet to “protect consumers.”
At the same time, we have Hugo Chavez in Venezuela passing laws to regulate the internet to “protect” the citizens.
