Iran caught exporting 22 tons of explosive to Afghanistan: Where’s the UN?

Why do we read crap like this:

Afghan police said Wednesday they had seized 22 tons of explosives stashed in boxes marked "food, toys and kitchenware" that were imported from neighboring Iran.

The discovery was made Tuesday in a customs office in the western province of Nimroz on the Iranian border, deputy provincial police chief Mohammad Musa Rasouli said.

"We found these materials hidden in a 40 foot shipping container that had come from Iran. The explosives were disguised as merchandise like food, toys and kitchenware," he added.

… yet nowhere do we see a referral to the United Nations?  If Israel was caught doing this, the UN would move its headquarters to West Jerusalem to keep a closer eye on them.

Iran is at war with us.  Why aren't we invading?  They have nice beach-front property.  The people tried to rise up on their own.  They are sponsoring terror throughout the world.

Why are we sitting around while they give our active enemy in Afghanistan the weaponry to kill us?  Why?
