It has been said many times by many people that "taxes are for the little people." Tom Daschle. Turbotax Tim Geithner. Charles Rangel. Carolyn Kennedy. Nancy Killefer. Hilda Solis. The Cryptkeeper - aka Kathleen Sebelius. Our own Jennifer Granholm. All with tax problems in their backgrounds. And that is just the tip of the tip of the tip of a really big iceberg. Maybe Harry Reid was correct when he claimed "our tax system is voluntary:"
You know darned well that if you or I had skipped out on our taxes we would be doing a nickel in the can. But the ruling class gets a pass. So do those that work for the ruling class.
