O'Donnell is correct that the hardest hit percentage wise by the tax increases if the Bush tax cuts were allowed to expire would be the poor. It's interesting that for the last almost 8 years now O'Donnell and those like him insisted the Bush tax cuts were only for the rich, and are now doing a 180 so they can support Obama.
