A Let Down In Motown; Clinton Campaigns to Half Empty High School Gym

RWB News: How bad can it get for the dems? They send in Bill Clinton the "Bruce Springsteen" of the democratic party thinking he could help a candidate that is down 18% in the polls for Governor of Michigan?? Then to his dismay, Slick Willie could only fill 1/3 of a High School Gym. This is in Michigan??? Really? I thought Michigan was Blue as it gets……Guess someone told the people of MI what the unemployment rate is.

Michigan news papers are reporting that Former President Bill Clinton spoke today at an "anemic" rally in Renaissance High School in Detroit for Virg Bernero (D) Governor Candidate for Michigan. Looks like Rick Snyder (R) is your man Michigan to get you back on track.

While the crowd hoisted signs that stated "Virg Surge," the turnout at the rally was anemic. More than 500 people came to the rally, but the gym at Renaissance High School was only about one-third full, even though Clinton used to command full houses wherever he went, especially in Detroit.

Politician after politician exhorted the crowd to not let the polls keep them from voting on Nov. 2.

"They think that if they tell you often enough that you're not doing well that you won't go to the polls," U.S. Rep. John Conyers said. "But we're not buying that malarkey. If Detroit turns out as it has in the past, we win."

Huntsville International Ariport Employee Burned By Foriegn White Substance

By Tim Kelly | WHNT NEWS 19 Staff Writer
Story posted 2010.10.24 at 09:09 PM CDT

HUNTSVILLE-- Decatur Fire and Rescue and Huntsville HAZMAT teams are currently investigating a possible chemical attack that allegedly took place within the last few hours.

According to a Decatur Fire and Rescue official, a toll booth worker for Huntsville International Airport is currently receiving treatment for chemical burns she received when a patron handed her some money with a foriegn white substance on it.

According to the victim she didn't notify officials, but when she felt a burning sensation on her hands and arms, her husband took her to Decatur General Hospital. When she told hospital officials about the situation, they called Huntsville HAZMAT crews to investigate the situation.

Huntsville HAZMAT teams took samples of the substance from the toll booth at Huntsville International Airport, however there was barely enough of the substance left to be able to test. So crews are currently taking them from the victim at Decatur General Hospital as well.

WHNT NEWS 19 crews are actively investigating this story, so tune in to WHNT NEWS 19 at 10 pm after CSI: Miami and WHNT.com for the very latest on this story.

It’s Come to This… Harry Reid: “My Manhood Has Never Been in Question”

Face it, Harry… "This war is lost."
When you start defending your manhood you know you're off message.
Harry Reid is now defending himself and his manhood in the last week before the election.
The Hillreported:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) fired back at GOP challenger Sharron Angle on Saturday for saying during their debate earlier this month that he should "man up."

"This is what her and her kind all around this country are using, this is part of the talking points of the right-wing Republicans," Reid said in an interview on CNN.

"But, you know, that's one thing I've never had to prove, whether it was in the street or the ring or in the Senate," the onetime boxer said. "My manhood has never been in question."

Reid said Angle was "desperate" in the final days of the campaign, including by airing an ad hitting at Reid for his D.C. condominium.

He also brushed off the assertion that a campaign stop by first lady Michelle Obama the day before the election indicates that his campaign is in "deep trouble."

"I don't think they think I'm in deep trouble. They know where the numbers are just like I do," Reid said, noting Angle brought in "outsiders" such as Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Newt Gingrich to help her campaign.

He's defending his manhood.
And to think, they called Sharron Angle the stupid one.

Truth Derangement Syndrome [Reader Post]

Obama Hitler Pictures, Images and Photos

Sometimes an affliction becomes more dangerous over time. The flu is one such example. It can mutate and become far worse than it was originally. Liberalism is another example. It is more virulent than ever before.

Michael Savage wrote a book called

"Liberalism is a mental disorder."

Liberalism is a mental disorder. It's a disease that compromises cognition in a big way. It has mutated into a form that compels people to become offended by the truth. The truth becomes stupid to liberals. This disease has a name- "Truth Derangement Sydrome."

To wit:

Democrats are offended by Rush Limbaugh so they forge legislation to shut him down.

Sarah Palin said "Don't party like it's 1773 yet" and was pounded for being stupid. Markos Moulitsas and Gwen Ifill led the charge.

She was referring to the Boston Tea Party. The liberals embarassed the hell out of themselves in their ignorance of history. Palin spoke the truth and liberals found it stupid.

Christine O'Donnell made a literal point about the Constitution during her debate with Chris Coons. She was absolutely correct yet liberals found the truth stupid.

The addle-brained liberal women of the View were offended by Bill O'Reilly speaking the truth. Whoopi Goldberg had this to say when O'Reilly spoke a truth:

"That is such bullsh*t,"

Of course, when the porcine princess Rosie O'Donnell asserted that Bush was behind the 9-11 attacks, no one got up and walked out. None of them was sufficently offended by that incomprehensible idiocy.

Juan Williams was fired for speaking the truth. Williams actually did not have anything to say about Muslims. He spoke about his inner feelings – his visceral response to seeing a particular situation. He was describing himself- not Muslims. He was describing his reactions- he was not "marginalizing" Muslims or anyone else. But the galactically hypocritical NPR CEO Schiller would have none of it.

Liberals are now offended by the truth when it does not fit their worldview. And if it does, no one is going to be allowed to speak the truth without retribution.

A little while ago on Fox News Frank Luntz observed that there are some countries in which you cannot speak the truth without fear of retribution- China, Russia and Venezuela.

When people are made fearful of speaking the truth there is no democracy. There is no freedom.

Just the way liberals want it.

Video: Ed Markey (D-MA): Doesn't live in his own state in violation of US Constitution Article 1 Sec

Poster boy of the political ruling class
Article 1, Section 2 of the US Constitution:

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
As with the ruling class, the US Constitution doesn't apply to Ed Markey, who supposedly lives in his district officially, but who's neighbors have NEVER seen him even once. Markey is living in DC and has been for decades, using a beater house to maintain status as a resident on paper only. Via moonbattery: Ed Markey the Undocumented Congressman

Detroit Free Press' Rochelle Riley still blames GOP for deficit

Not exactly a surprise for the person that was quote as jokingly wanting to be stuffed like the Thanksgiving turkey by the anointed one and have Obama's love child. But even those smitten with their false god surely can see this data right in front of them, right?:
Apparently not. 3 years of deficits that tripled anything Bush overspent. And yet, Riley has the unmitigated gall to write this in her column today:
The expectation was for him to create a perfect national health care plan -- and to immediately get rid of the trillion-dollar deficit his predecessor left as a White House-warming gift.
Apparently Rochelle Riley doesn't read her own paper, because even the Detroit Free Press, long a bastion of liberalism in the Midwest, admitted that Obama inherited a $400 billion deficit, not the $1.6 trillion one that Obama claims.

So let me again remind Riley and her ilk of reality: Going all the way back to his community organizer days, he gathered ACORN types to protest banks to give loans to people that couldn't afford them. He fought against reforms to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that caused the mortgage meltdown and put us into recession. And he voted for the first budget that gave us $trillion deficits. Obama committed more deficit spending in his first 421 days in office than Bush did in more than 4 years.  And he can't blame Bush either, but tries to anyway.  What drones like Riley fail to mention is that Congress makes budgets, not the President, and that Congress the last 2 years under Bush was under Democrat control. The FY 2007 federal budget - the last one put together by Republicans - was $2.7 trillion. Since Pelosi and Reid took over the federal budget is at $3.8 trillion. The deficit is entirely comprised of new Democrat spending since 2007. And as bad as a $400 billion deficit sounds, it is absolutely puny compared to what has happened since Obama took office.

Need I remind anyone - again (I do) - that Obama 1) voted for as Senator or signed into law as President every single penny of the deficit he now says he inherited, and 2) the housing meltdown was due to policies that he helped put in place going all the way back to his community organizer days when he muscled banks to give loans to people that couldn't pay them back. For one, his own voting record:
    • Voted "yea" March 18, 2008 on the $3.1 trillion in fiscal outlays with a projected $400 billion budget deficit (only 2 Republicans voted "yea", and not one Republican in the House voted for it after the conference committee)
    • Biden, Rahm Emmanuel and Hillary Clinton voted "yea" as well
    • Voted "yea" October 1, 2008 for the $700 billion Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) along with Biden and Clinton
    • Pushed through and signed into law the $787 billion stimulus bill boondoggle in February 2009
    • Signed into law $410 billion of additional spending in the 2009 budget in March 2009
Thus, how does he blame Bush when he either voted for (along party lines no less) or signed into law every single gosh-darned penny that is now the record $1.4 trillion deficit, with a 2010 deficit of $1.39 trillion and a 2011 projected deficit of $1.42 trillion? The above projections do not take into account either ObamaCare or cap-and-trade.This by the way does not absolve Bush for leaving a $400 billion deficit that I thought was unconscionable, but by comparison Bush looks like a fiscal conservative. Obama, in contrast, not only voted for the 2009 budget, but praised it afterwards. From NewsBusters:
    March 14 (2008)
Obama Statement on the Senate's Passage of the FY 2009 Budget

Washington DC -- Sen. Obama today released a statement on the Senate's passage of the FY 2009 Federal Budget:

"In Illinois and throughout the country, Americans share common hopes and common struggles. They are worried about keeping their jobs and being able to pay record gas prices and stay ahead of their mortgages and credit card bills and still have enough left over to make ends meet. They want to know that they'll have health care when they get sick - not just for themselves, but for their children and elderly parents. They want to know that a quality education and a college degree are within reach for all Americans. They want to retire with security and dignity. And they want to know that our government is doing everything it can to keep our nation safe and secure.

"The budget passed by the Senate tonight makes significant progress in getting our nation's priorities back on track. After years of the Bush tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, this year's budget helps restore fiscal responsibility in Washington, and provides tax relief for the middle class and low-income families who need help most. It includes an expansion in the Child Tax Credit that I have fought for and makes marriage penalty relief permanent. And it rejects the President's drastic cuts in important domestic programs.

"We need change in this country, and this budget is an important step in helping bring it about. I commend Chairman Conrad for his extraordinary leadership in moving this resolution forward and moving America's fiscal policies in the right direction."

With all that in tow, it's fair to say that Rochelle Riley is as aware of spending as the average Detroit voter:

New Los Angeles Times Poll is Outlier: Democrats Oversampled in Survey From Left-Leaning Greenberg Q

The headlines for the new Los Angeles Times poll are falsely indicating a November blowout for the Democrats in California. My hardcopy newspaper headline reads: "Brown's Lead Doubles in One Month." And at LAT's homepage, "Brown's lead over Whitman widens to 52%-39%; Fiorina not gaining ground." And the killer is the New York Times' blog post, "Brown and Boxer Have Significant Leads, New Poll Shows."

Note first that other recent major polls find the governor's race no better than "lean Democrat" (see
Rasmussen's survey out yesterday, with Brown holding a four-point edge with a +/-4 percentage point margin of error). And Survey USA, which routinely tilts left, has a poll out this week with Brown at 47% and Whitman 40%. That same survey throws some particularly interesting light on the CA Senate race. The survey is leaning Democrat in all the statewide races, but is a toss-up for Boxer-Fiorina, Boxer 46%, Fiorina 44%. (This needs more investigation, but there's some interesting speculation that support for marijuana decriminalization among highly-motivated voters is lifting Boxer's numbers. I'm predicting a defeat of Prop. 19 at the polls, so perhaps Survey USA's numbers hold even worse implications for Boxer's chances.) And Rasmussen's poll out yesterday had "Boxer picking up 48% of the vote, while Fiorina draws support from 46%."

I don't want to overstate the point, since it's always uphill for Republicans in California. But there's something suspicious with the polling methodologyTimes, as indicated at
Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, who conducted the poll:
These findings are based on a random sample survey of 1,501 registered voters in the state of California conducted from October 13-20, 2010. These findings are also based on 922 likely 2010 voters. Likely voters are defined as registered voters that meet certain conditions based on previous vote history as determined from a voter file, likelihood of voting in 2010, and enthusiasm in the election. This includes respondents who have already voted, voted in both the previous two general elections who indicate they are "almost certain" or "probably" will vote in 2010 and those who have registered since the 2008 election due to ineligibility who are "almost certain," all of whom must respond as a 5 or higher on a 0-10 enthusiasm scale.
    And:
An oversample of 400 Latino registered voters were interviewed by telephone. All interviews from the Latino sample were carried out by bilingual Latino interviewers, and conducted in the preferred language of the survey respondent, English or Spanish. Overall, 41 percent of interviews with the Latino sample were conducted in Spanish and 59 percent in English. The technique of using fully bilingual interviewers is greatly preferred because it does not terminate calls with Spanish-language households and require a callback, which can be difficult to schedule with language barriers ... Upon completion of all interviewing, the results were weighted to bring the Latino oversample population into line with the racial and ethnic composition of registered voters in California. The data were weighted to reflect the total population of registered voters throughout the state, balancing on regional and demographic characteristics for gender, age, race and education according to known census estimates and voter file projections.
Folks can check other analysts (Nate Silver, for example), but given the huge Democrat advantage in California registration (see 2008 totals here at Page 4), and the tremendous Democrat enthusiasm in previous elections, it's pretty clear that the Times survey has oversampled Democrats. Likely voters are tilting toward the Dems at the Times, and Latinos are supporting Democrats this year by a roughly 2-to-1 factor: "Boxer has opened up a whopping 64% to 28% lead among Latinos."

The Los Angeles Times is pressing its fingers on the scales to favor the Democrat Party. Given the varied results across polls, Whitman may indeed be washed up, but I'd hardly count out Fiorina. Additional influences include the ground game over the next week, GOTV efforts on election day, and any last minute bombshell surprises.

Woah. Krauthammer Blasts Noted Leftist Nina Totenberg on NPR Hypocrisy- Media Hacks Rush In to Defen

Woah. Charles Krauthammer challenged leftist NPR Correspondent Nina Totenberg on Inside Washington panel on Friday night to defend NPR's blatant hypocrisy.

"Why is it okay for Nina to express opinions, as she has tartly, sharply, unashamedly and openly" while serving as "an honored correspondent" for NPR, while Juan Williams, "because he expresses his opinions, gets canned from NPR?… It's completely illogical and hypocritical."

Totenberg has a long history of biased commentary and disgusting attacks on conservatives. Of course, Totenberg's fellow panelists rushed in to assist her after she was confronted on NPR's blatant hypocrisy.

Washington Post Blockbuster Expose on Obama's Dept of Justice Reverse Racism

"There are career people who feel strongly that it is not the voting section's job to protect white voters," the lawyer said. "The environment is that you better toe the line of traditional civil rights ideas or you better keep quiet about it, because you will not advance, you will not receive awards and you will be ostracized."

Bloggers on the right have been writing about this gross miscarriage of justice and out and out racism by the Obama adminsitration for months. But finally old media has stepped up to the plate. This is an outlaw administration that must be stopped - it's November or never. The man is seriously outta control.

    Obama_black_panther

First, the backstory. In March of 2008, The Black Panther Party endorsed Barack Hussein Obama for President on Obama's campaign website.

That following election day in November, in a glimpse of what America would suffer at the hands of a thug administration, the Black Panthers were blocking the doorway at a polling place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and engaging in voter suppression and intimidation. I was live blogging it here.

One of the panthers said "the black man was going to win the White House no matter what."

Brandishing a night stick, and swinging it menacingly, the police were called - one of the black panthers and his night stick were moved.

Do you think little old white ladies would want to walk past the black panther with a night stick.

Watch the actual video here. The DoJ refused to prosecute this blatant act of voter suppression ad intimidation. And it gets worse. It was policy not to protect the voting rights of whites.

    Andrew Bretibart here:

Congratulations to the editors at the Washington Post.  Seventeen months after the Eric Holder Justice Department dismissed a slam-dunk case against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation, the Post gets around to printing a thorough vetting of the dismissal.  The story is slated for Saturday's print edition.  While other media like Breitbart/The Bigs, Fox News, the Washington Times, the Weekly Standard, Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Investors Business Daily, Pajamas Media, and Drudge have had dozens of stories on the corrupt New Black Panther dismissal, the Washington Post at last is in the game.

The story is a shocker too.  The shock comes from the middle of the road and factual nature of the story.

There are small problems with the story.  For one, the Washington Post is the only outlet that calls King Samir Shabazz by his old "slave name" (Shabazz's own words) of Maruse Heath.  Even Heath doesn't call himself Heath.  Of course this takes some of the sting off Shabazz's rants against Jews and calls to kill "cracker babies in their crib."

The Post's decision to change a man's name for him is controversial.  It has no place.

But overall, the story is very bad news for Eric Holder.  It debunks many of the myths spun by the administration.  Inside DOJ sources describe deep hostility to protecting whites at Justice.  DOJ sources say panther prosecutor Christian Adams never allowed his conservative views to influence his work, contradicting administration spin.  And perhaps most damning of all to Holder, sources defending the administration defend the idea that whites aren't protected by the Civil Rights laws.  The latter is the blockbuster news in the Post piece.

The Post also shatters the false administration spin that only low level career lawyers had a fight among themselves: "After the Obama administration took over, high-level political appointees relayed their thoughts on the case in a stream of internal e-mails in the days leading to the dismissal."  The administration told Congress and the public a lie for over a year, and now the Washington Post even knows.

The Post's Jerry Markon and Krissah Thompson write, "But neighbors said they view Jackson and Heath – who declined to comment – as annoyances rather than threats."  What did you expect the neighbors to say?

The Post has a major revelation, the first on the record confirmation of the attitude inside the Civil Rights Division that whites should not necessarily be protected by the civil rights laws:

"The Voting Rights Act was passed because people like Bull Connor were hitting people like John Lewis, not the other way around," said one Justice Department official not authorized to speak publicly, referring to the white Alabama police commissioner who cracked down on civil rights protesters such as Lewis, now a Democratic congressman from Georgia."

This is a startling admission.  It is part and parcel of a wide hostility to protecting whites who are victims of racial discrimination, as Christopher Coates and Adams alleged all along. That admission is a major mistake for the administration and should be made well known before the upcoming election.

    The Post gathers more gold:

Three Justice Department lawyers, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they feared retaliation from their supervisors, described the same tensions, among career lawyers as well as political appointees. Employees who worked on the Brown case were harassed by colleagues, they said, and some department lawyers anonymously went on legal blogs "absolutely tearing apart anybody who was involved in that case," said one lawyer.

For the first time in any media, the Washington Post has cracked sources inside the DOJ familiar with what is going on. Kudos to the Post for flushing out more corroboration of the Adams and Coates testimony.

    There is this money quote:

"There are career people who feel strongly that it is not the voting section's job to protect white voters," the lawyer said. "The environment is that you better toe the line of traditional civil rights ideas or you better keep quiet about it, because you will not advance, you will not receive awards and you will be ostracized."

So the Post does what nobody has been able to do – obtain deep sourcing inside the Department confirming what Adams and Coates have been saying for months.  This is a devastating piece of work by the Washington Post.  This is a rare moment where the old print media has returned to the higher standards of years past, and reported facts.  A week from an election, it couldn't have come at a worse time for Eric Holder.

NYC ballots state ‘mark oval above name,’ but will count oval below name

"So who did you vote for?" One New Yorker says to another.
"Paladino.  I think Cuomo's ex-wife, that Kennedy girl, took his nuts with her when she left."
"Yeah, I agree.  He's just a girl from the hood.  Did you mark the oval above his name?"
"Yep.  Exactly as the ballot instructions read.  I followed them precisely."
"Then you just voted for Hawkins, the Green Party guy."
    "Whiskey, tango, foxtrot, over?"

How come every city, county, or state that f's up printing a ballot or sending ballot to our boys and girls in the military has a democrat elections board or commissioner?  Just remarkable.

NYC printed ballots with precisely wrong instructions:

A vote for Republican Carl Paladino could actually be a vote for Green Party gubernatorial candidate Howie Hawkins – if you follow the directions printed on the November ballot.

In what appears to be yet another "royal screwup," the city Board of Elections printed a sample ballot that instructs voters to fill the "oval above" a candidate's name.

The correct oval is actually below each candidate's name.

Of course, the elected or appointed people are either chastened or condemning.  Leave it to what seems to be a liberal outsider to put it in perspective:

Neal Rosenstein, voting coordinator for the New York Public Interest Research Group, said the error won't have a large impact on voters because most don't even read the instructions.

I wonder if Neal would feel the same way if he were running for office.

Turns Out ObamaCare Really Might Undermine Employer Health Coverage

WASHINGTON (AP) — The new health care law wasn't supposed to undercut employer plans that have provided most people in the U.S. with coverage for generations.

But last week a leading manufacturer told workers their costs will jump partly because of the law. Also, a Democratic governor laid out a scheme for employers to get out of health care by shifting workers into taxpayer-subsidized insurance markets that open in 2014.

While it's too early to proclaim the demise of job-based coverage, corporate number crunchers are looking at options that could lead to major changes.

"The economics of dropping existing coverage is about to become very attractive to many employers, both public and private," said Gov. Phil Bredesen, D-Tenn.

That's just not going to happen, White House officials say.

"The absolute certainty about the Affordable Care Act is that for many, many employers who cover millions of people, it increases the incentives for them to offer coverage," said Jason Furman, an economic adviser to President Barack Obama.

But at least one major employer has shifted a greater share of plan costs to workers, and others are weighing the pros and cons of eventually forcing employees to strike out on their own.

"I don't think you are going to hear anybody publicly say 'We've made a decision to drop insurance,' " said Paul Keckley, executive director of the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions. "What we are hearing in our meetings is, 'We don't want to be the first one to drop benefits, but we would be the fast second.' We are hearing that a lot." Deloitte is a major accounting and consulting firm.

Employer health benefits have been a middle-class mainstay since World War II, when companies were encouraged to offer health insurance instead of pay raises. About 150 million workers and family members are now covered.

When lawmakers debated the legislation, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office projected it would only have minimal impact on employer plans.

Maricopa County GOP Website Alleges Massive Voter Fraud in Arizona and Colorado

On Friday it was reported that the Yuma Recorder's office was checking the 3,000 last minute voter registration forms turned in by the far left Mi Familia Vota organization. The recorder's office found that already more than 65% of the registrations were invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.

Mi Familia Vota is a SEIU sub-organization. It is just as "non-partisan" as ACORN was before documented fraudulent behaviors finally killed it.

Yuma County is located in Arizona's 7th District. Currently, far left Arizona boycotter Rep. Raul Grijalva is caught in a tight race with Republican rocket scientist Ruth McClung. A few thousand votes could change the outcome of the race between the popular rocket scientist Ruth McClung and the socialist boycotter Raul Grijalva.

The same SEIU offshoot group that is accused of turning in thousands of bogus voter registrations in Arizona has also come under fire in Colorado. Mi Familia Vota was accused of turning in 6,000 bogus voter registrations in Colorado earlier this year.

Today Russell Peirce the Maricopa County GOP alleged that massive voter fraud is being waged by leftist groups in Arizona and Colorado.
The Maricopa County GOP website reported:

    Friends,

There has been an accusation that 65% of 5000 voter registration forms, submitted by Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona, in Yuma County on the last day of filling are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.  I also understand that these 2 groups have signed up 20,000 states wide and they have requested that 45,000 be put on the permanent early ballot. If 65% of these last minute registration forms in Yuma are invalid, which may be more as they are still checking the rest, then what is the percentages of invalid in Maricopa, Pima and other counties.

This is a very serious accusation that needs to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. If this accusation is true then the perpetrators of this hideous crime against America citizens should be prosecuted to full extent of the law by Arizona Courts and not the federal courts as they do nothing on voter fraud and voter intimidation. All participants should be locked up and the key thrown away. This is an attack against sovereignty of this state and our freedoms for a socialist agenda.

I authored Prop 200, which was passed by an overwhelming majority of voters to help make Arizona one of the safest states in nation for voting.

Prop 200 had three parts to it.

Proof of citizenship to register to vote: The U.S. Constitution established more than 200 years ago that only citizens may vote. The initiative requires everyone equally to prove eligibility as does the Arizona Constitution.  Thanks to Proposition 200, ACORN's efforts of voter fraud were thwarted here in Arizona.

Photo I.D. When voting: Photo I.D. Is required to cash a check, apply for welfare, sign a lease, or get a rental card at a video store.

Proof of eligibility to receive non-federal mandated public benefits: The initiative would require everyone to provide proof of eligibility equally. The Urban Institute studied this extensively in 1994, the University of Arizona in 2001, and estimated such costs to vary widely in the tens of millions of dollars.

They will stop at nothing to steal our elections and it appears that the friends of Raul Grijalva are doing everything they can to keep Ruth McClung, Janet Contreras and David Schweikert from getting elected. ACORN & SEIU are doing everything they can to find loop holes in our laws to use illegal's and dead people to vote for their socialist, Anti-American agenda incumbents.

Yesterday a Colorado judge threw out 6000 bogus voter registration forms submitted by the same SEIU off shoot Mi Familia Vota here in Arizona.

I am going to pursue this matter, the State Legislator has full investigative powers and I will not let this rest.  I will be pursuing for a full investigation and if violations are found, I will push for aggressive prosecution with jail time imposed.

If, in the mean time, while I pursue this gross assault on our freedoms, you are as concerned, if not angry as I am about this issue, then I ask you to do one thing right now. Don't delay, do it right now. Click on one of following 7 links and make a small or large donation to David, Ruth, Janet, Ben, Trent, Paul and Jesse's campaign.  Do it right now. They need our help and we need them in D.C. to fight for us.  If we don't take back Arizona we may not have a majority in Congress to stop the attack on freedom, reckless spending and out of control debt.

Obama misquotes Lincoln to promote socialism

Here's Obama's quote of Lincoln that he has made many times now:
"Government should do for the people what they cannot do better for themselves."

    Here's Lincoln's original quote:
"The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves in their separate, and individual capacities. In all that the people can individually do as well for themselves, government ought not to interfere."
Obama's quote is the opposite of what Lincoln said. Natch. HT: Ace of Spades. And a great post on this over at Hands Off Texas. Obama is no Lincoln. He is, however, another Jimmy Carter.

Video: VP Joe Biden Accuses GOP of Spending $200 BILLION on midterm election campaign

    $200 BILLION!:
In case you think he's misspoken, he did it twice. From The New York Times: $200 Billion in Ads, Mr. Biden? That's Real Money
Conservative groups have not dumped $200 billion in political ads on the heads of Democratic candidates.

It evidently just feels that way to the White House.

In an interview with Al Hunt of Bloomberg News scheduled to be shown Friday night, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. commented on the need for disclosure when corporate interests contribute to political groups.

"I was amazed at the amount of money, this $200 billion of money that is — where there's no accountability," he said. "When I say accountability, we don't know where it's coming from. There's no disclosure, so the folks watching the ad can't make a judgment based upon motive when you say it's paid for by so-and-so."

Mr. Biden clearly meant "million" with an "M," not "billion" with a "B."
    De he, now?:
But his tongue slipped again a moment later. "So it really — I've never seen this before, so the only caveat I'd put in terms of the House is how much impact this $200 billion are going to mean."
And the establishment MSM was hysterical over Palin potentially being one heartbeat away from the Presidency?

Murkowski Judicial Appointee Orders Private Documents on Joe Miller to Be Released

    These people are shameless…
An Alaskan judge who was appointed by Senator Lisa Murkowski's father ruled today that personal information from conservative Joe Miller's past must be released to the public.

Retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank (on right) opened the state courthouse on Saturday to rule in favor of the Murkowski campaign and far left Alaska media outlets.

    The Anchorage Daily News reported:

A judge ruled today that the Fairbanks North Star Borough must release personnel records of Senate candidate Joe Miller.

In an unusual Saturday hearing, retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank ruled that the public's right to know about candidates outweighed Miller's right to privacy.

"I hold that although Mr. Miller has a legitimate expectation of privacy in those documents, Mr. Miller's right to privacy is indeed outweighed by the public's significant interest in the background of a public figure who is running for the U.S. Senate," the judge said. A U.S. senator, he noted, is among the highest elected offices in the nation.

Burbank ordered that nothing actually will be released until Tuesday afternoon, however, to allow for the ruling to be appealed to the Alaska Supreme Court.

The judge said a handful of documents being sought would not be released, and some would be redacted.

The case was brought by a group of Alaska news media organizations, which have been trying since summer to see borough documents concerning Miller's employment as a part-time borough attorney…

…The hearing drew about three dozen people to the otherwise empty state courthouse in Downtown Fairbanks. Current borough Mayor Luke Hopkins watched from the gallery. A legislative aide to Sen. Lisa Murkowski sat in the crowd, along with a News-Miner editor and a man who was shooshed for shouting that the judge was an old appointee of Gov. Frank Murkowski.

Judge Winston Burbank was picked for a District Court judgeship by Governor Frank Murkowski in 2003. Governor Murkowski's daughter, Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AL), was defeated by conservative Joe Miller in the Republican primary and is running against him as a write-in candidate in the general election.

Please donate today here to help Joe Miller defeat the Murkowski machine in Alaska.
