Has there ever been a statement so devoid of presidential stature? The president accused Republicans of feeling "cocky."
Cocky. Having or pertaining to a cock.
Cock. A male chicken, or street slang for the tubular portion of the human male package.
It's an odd phrase: Republicans are "feeling cocky." It suggests, I guess, that they are feeling confident at this stage of the election.
I presume the opposite is also true: Democrats are "feeling cockless."
Maybe that's why we rarely see Obama from the belt down: Smooth pants would invite questions.
How utterly deafening is the lack of leadership and class in our current president. Sad.
