It wasn't that long ago that tens of thousands of supporters would turn out to see the liberal Messiah.
Those days are over.

The campaign guesstimated that 18,000 supporters turned out in Philadelphia this past weekend to see Obama where a book was thrown at him. That number was highly suspect.

Now look at the crowd that came out to hear former VP Dick Cheney.
It was massive.

Over 10,000 turned out to see Dick Cheney this weekend in California.
