Another case of “In Your Face” Voter Fraud in Arizona? Radical Group tied to SEIU and Dems

More "In Your Face, What can you do about it" corruption from the State Run Media and the "New" Democratic Party

RWB News: As a law abiding American I am stumped on what can be done with all the voter fraud being committed by the Democratic party, a Liberal media that fails to do their job reporting it and the most corrupt White House I have ever seen in my lifetime.

Is anything going to happen with the Democratic party in South Dakota that are luring potential voters to the polls with free food and rides?….Of Course not! "In your face" corruption and nothing can be done.

What is happening with the MAJOR voter fraud case in Houston? Nothing! A big Obama activist is connected in this scandal….They did arrest an 81 year old lady in this matter…guess she was the ring leader…what a joke.

Are they going to do anything about the High School in Ohio that loaded up 3 bus loads of students, drove them to the polling stations, handed them Democratic sample ballots and then REWARDED them with Ice Cream after the vote? Nope…"in your face" Style.

Is Winston-Salem State University going to remain as an early-voting site after they were caught sending e-mail's promoting Democratic candidates in the general election? Sure they are "in your face" corruption.

Lets not forget about Michelle "my bell" Obama talking to voters INSIDE a polling station about voting for her husband….She has an excuse though…..she is a "lawyer" that says she didn't know the law…"In your Face" America.

Now we have another so-called "Unbiased" news source  The Yuma Sun praising two organizations Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona for going door to door and submitting more than 3,000 voter registrations in Yuma County right before the deadline for registering voters. The groups submitted over 20,000 registrations statewide.

What they failed to mention is that over 65% of these last minute registrations were invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, a wrong/invalid address, or a false signature and  The web-site domain for Mi Familia Vota (mifamiliavota.net, created Aug 14, 2006) is and has been officially owned and registered by the SEIU. All contact names/addresses/email for the domain are listed as part of the SEIU in Washington. Pure Thuggery and Corruption.

AS Reported By The Gateway Pundit

Yuma County is located in Arizona's 6th District. Currently, far left Arizona boycotterRep. Raul Grijalva is caught in a tight race with Republican rocket scientist Ruth McClung. A few thousand votes could change the outcome of the race between the popular rocket scientist Ruth McClung and the socialistboycotter Raul Grijalva.

Publius Pundit reported this on the suspected voter fraud.

The Yuma Sun is reporting that two organizations — Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona — submitted more than 3000 voter registrations in Yuma County, and more than 20,000 voters statewide. Even more, they have signed up 43,000 people statewide for the permanent early voter list.

What they didn't tell you is that voter fraud on a massive scale could be taking place, ostensibly to help Raul Grijalva keep the congressional seat he holds by stealing the election.

Here's what the article doesn't tell you, by a source in the Yuma County Recorder's Office:

These 3000 voter registration forms were all dropped off at once by the one group on the deadline to turn in voter registration forms.

Almost all of the registrations were for the Democratic Party, a statistical improbability at best.

Today, these same 3000 newly registered voters — as a group — had papers dropped off at the Yuma Recorder's office requesting to be signed up for the permanent early voters list… which means the ballots will be mailed early, with no accountability.

The Yuma Recorder's office is checking the voter registration forms and have found that already more than 65% of them are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc. Mi Familia Vota is a wholly-owned SEIU sub-organization.  It  is just as "non-partisan" as ACORN was before documented fraudulent behaviors finally killed it.

Hunter Cantor's Corner documented Mi Familia Vota's ties to the radical SEIU:

The web-site domain for Mi Familia Vota (mifamiliavota.net, created Aug 14, 2006) is and has been officially owned and registered by the SEIU. All contact names/addresses/email for the domain are listed as part of the SEIU in Washington.

** From http://mifamiliavota.net and the SEIU web-site respectively, the physical addresses listed for the two organizations refer to the same office address. 3707 N 7th Str, Suite 100, Phoenix AZ. Even before Oct 2008, when Mi Familia Vota was finally formally registered in Arizona, the web-site versions as far back as at least 2007 refer to this same SEIU Arizona address as the formal address for MFV. Physical Street Address for Mi Familia Vota and SEIU Arizona.

** The Arizona incorporation filing for Mi Familia Vota Education Fund, which is its formal name, shows that it was registered as an Arizona foreign (meaning not from Arizona) Corporation, as a Washington entity with two names, "Mi Familia Vota Education Fund" and "America's Families United, Inc", both registered with an agent in Washington as "Lichtman, Trister et al", an attorneys office specializing in non-profit registrations. Both registered to the attorney's address of 1666 Connecticut Ave, N.W. Suite 500, Washington, DC 20009. Registering Mi Familia Vota as another version of "America's Families United, Inc", another SEIU organization, makes it seem to the Arizona Corporation Commission, where the company has to be registered, as if there is a level of legitimacy about it. SEIU is not mentioned on the papers filed at all. However, the Arizona "agent" for Mi Familia Vota, which is required for registration in Arizona, just happens to be listed as Carlos Duarte, 3707 N 7TH ST STE 100, PHOENIX, AZ 85014. Same SEIU address as listed above, where Carlos Duarte's formal job is as the SEIU Arizona State Chapter Coordinator.

Mi Familia Vota along with the SEIU and America's Voice launched a Spanish-language radio ad in six states in September, highlighting Republican opposition to the DREAM act, among other issues.

UPDATE: The Nogales International reported that these far left groups are putting voters on a permanent early voters list so that they can mail in their ballots.

"We're targeting low-propensity, Latino voters," Wihtol said. "We're trying to get them on a permanent early voters list, so they just have to mail in their ballots. That'll make it easier."

County Recorder Suzie Sains said as of Wednesday, 4,386 Santa Cruz County residents were registered to vote in the upcoming election by early, mail-in ballot. During the May election, 68 percent of the 3,790 people who received ballots in the mail returned them, she said.

Barney Frank Was Present During Partner’s 2007 Pot Bust… Says He Didn’t Know It Was Pot (Video)

Barney Frank is having all kinds of trouble this year.
He had to donate $200,000 of his own cash to his campaign. Radio host Ken Pittman pointed out again that Frank was behind the 2008 financial meltdown.

And, now this…

A local station in Boston is reporting today that Barney Frank was present when his significant other was busted for possession of pot in 2007. Frank said he didn't know it was pot even though his partner, James Ready, was growing it in his home.
FOX reported:

FOX25 has learned that Congressman Barney Frank was present during a marijuana arrest at James Ready's home in Ogunquit, Maine. Ready is well-known for his relationship with Congressman Frank.

According to a police report, police charged Ready with marijuana possession, cultivation and use of drug paraphernalia in August of 2007. Ready admitted to civil possession and paid a fine. The remaining charges were dismissed in 2008.

Sources tell FOX25 that when Frank was questioned he told police that he did not live in the house and that he only smoked cigars.

Congressman Frank tells FOX25 that he was surprised and disappointed with what police found. He also tells us that he wouldn't recognize a marijuana plant if he saw one because he is, "not a great outdoorsman," and ,"wouldn't recognize most plants."

That's odd… The state-run media tells us that Barney Frank is the smartest guy in Congress. You'd think he would know that those were joints and not cigarettes?

This story originally broke in 2009.

Guess What? Public Service Unions Are Biggest Spenders in Mid Term Elections

President Obama and his attack dogs as still trying to make major political hay about the Chamber of Commerce and all of the money it is putting into the Mid-Term elections. But the Chamber only ranks #2 in donations during this political cycle, public sector Unions Rank 1st, 4th and 5th. According to the Wall Street Journal
The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees is now the biggest outside spender of the 2010 elections, thanks to an 11th-hour effort to boost Democrats that has vaulted the public-sector union ahead of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the AFL-CIO and a flock of new Republican groups in campaign spending.
The 1.6 million-member AFSCME is spending a total of $87.5 million on the elections after tapping into a $16 million emergency account to help fortify the Democrats' hold on Congress. Last week, AFSCME dug deeper, taking out a $2 million loan to fund its push. The group is spending money on television advertisements, phone calls, campaign mailings and other political efforts, helped by a Supreme Court decision that loosened restrictions on campaign spending.
"We're the big dog," said Larry Scanlon, the head of AFSCME's political operations. "But we don't like to brag."

Don't like to brag? Out of this top five $171.5 million dollars come from the ultimate big government special interest group, public sector unions. On the other hand the two groups that the progressive Democrats have been trying to vilify, the Chamber and American Crossroads are responsible for $140 million.

Public service unions support the progressives because the bigger the government, the bigger their member base. So this money is designed to expand government without any concern whether or not it's the right move for the country.

These public service unions fear that conservative legislators will push to clip the political power of public-sector unions which has grown tremendously under the Obama administration.
For years, conservatives have argued such unions have an outsize influence in picking the elected officials who are, in effect, their bosses, putting them in a strong position to push for more jobs, and thus more political clout.
Some critics say public-sector unions are funded by what is essentially taxpayer cash, since member salaries, and therefore union dues, come directly from state budgets.

"Public-sector unions have a guaranteed source of revenue—you and me as taxpayers," said Glenn Spencer, executive director of the Workforce Freedom Initiative at the Chamber of Commerce.
The other issue is that conservative takeovers in Congress and statehouses could breathe life into efforts to restrict how public-sector unions collect and spend members' dues
Republican Gov. Chris Christie has proposed including public-employee unions under New Jersey's pay-to-play rules, which generally limit political contributions by affected groups and individuals. Other Republican governors are likely to pursue similar measures.

One group, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, one of the main conservative union critics, advocates turning public-sector unions into voluntary organizations. That would deprive unions of the ability to use the government payroll system to collect dues and contributions. It would also allow state and local employees to organize and bargain in other ways.
And, to quote our progressive friends, we don't know just exactly who is donation to these Union PACs and what country they come from....Do we?

CAUGHT IN A LIE: Barney Frank Took Campaign Dollars From Bailed Out Banks

If the Guinness Book of World records had a political hypocrisy category, the winner would be Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Banking Committee. Let me revise that, Frank wouldn't be the winner, they would retire the category and name it after the Boston Democrat. After promising not to take money from the banks he helped to bail out, his latest financial disclosure shows that he did indeed take money from the people he has been regulating.

This is the same Mr. Frank who called for prosecution of the people who caused the banking crisis.  Of course if that happened Frank would have to arrest himself, take this little video from September of 2003 where Frank objects to further government regulation because Fannie and Freddie are sound, and there is no housing disaster coming.

It seems despite his loud protestations to the contrary, Frank is still "in bed" with the banking industry, although this time he is only literally in bed with them but that wasn't always true.

The July 3, 1998, Reliable Source column in The Washington Post reported Frank, who is openly gay, had a relationship with Herb Moses, an executive for the now-government controlled Fannie Mae. The column revealed the two had split up at the time but also said Frank was referring to Moses as his "spouse." Another Washington Post report said Frank called Moses his "lover" and that the two were "still friends" after the breakup.
Franks relationship with the banking industry now seems to be limited to taking their money, despite a  vow to shun bailed-out lenders
Frank vowed in February 2009 that he wouldn't accept campaign donations from banks that received money under the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) or political action committees tied to such institutions.

But Frank has hauled in thousands from top execs at Bank of America, Citizens Bank, Wainwright Bank, JP Morgan Chase and other institutions that received billions in TARP money.
Just yesterday, Frank made new campaign finance disclosures showing he received $17,000 from top executives of Bank of America — including $2,000 from CEO Brian Moynihan. B of A received $45 billion in bailout money. In all, Frank has hauled in at least $27,000 since 2009 from bank execs — and $13,000 from PACs — connected to banks that received TARP funding, including:
  • $5,000 earlier this month from the Bank of America Corp. Federal PAC;
  •  $10,000 in August and September from the Bipartisan PAC/Bank of New York Mellon Corp.; Mellon received $3 billion from TARP;
  •  $2,000 in June 2009 from the Financial Services Roundtable PAC, which counts TARP recipients B of A, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo among its members; and
  • $1,000 in March from U.S. Bancorp PAC; the Minnesota-based bank received more than $6 billion in TARP funds.
But to be totally fair, Frank is fighting the first close reelection battle in his congressional life against Republican Sean Bielat. In a tough battle like that, do you really expect poor Barney Frank to have the integrity to stick to his promises?
In a statement last night, a Frank spokesman said the congressman has declined to take contributions only from the top 10 TARP recipients, but he noted he would accept donations from those institutions once they repaid their debts. The spokesman said none of the donations cited by the Herald violated that policy.
Except that's not what he said, in a Feb. 23, 2009, article in Roll Call, Frank said, "I won't take any PAC money from banks that took TARP funds, nor would I take it from the top executive." The article made no mention of the policy only applying to the top 10 TARP fund recipients. Nor did it mention anything about sending his boy friend out with a camera to heckle his opponent. So it seems that this explanation is just another example of Barney Frank dancing around the issue:

Stunner. AZ Group Accused of Massive Voter Fraud Is Offshoot of SEIU

Yesterday, the Yuma Sun reported that two organizations Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona submitted more than 3,000 voter registrations in Yuma County right before the deadline for registering voters. The groups submitted over 20,000 registrations statewide.
Here's one of their ads (in Spanish):

Tab for Fannie, Freddie could soar to $363 BILLION!

$259 Billion. That was the number this morning. The came the revised number this afternoon: $363 Billion. Better than a third of a $TRILLION!:
From the AP via The Detroit News:
The government spelled out Thursday just how much the most expensive rescue of the financial crisis will end up costing taxpayers — as much as $259 billion for mortgage buyers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

That figure would be nearly twice the amount Fannie and Freddie have received so far.
And that increased by more than $100 billion by the afternoon. And it all makes the bailouts that people hate seem like a drop in the well (Rasmussen: Most Voters Oppose the Reelection of Anyone Who Voted for the Health Care Law, Auto Bailouts, Stimulus Plan).
Fannie and Freddie's rescue has cost $135 billion so far. Their bailout could end up costing taxpayers between $142 billion and $259 billion through 2013, the Federal Housing Finance Agency projected. Those figures take into account dividends that the agency estimates the two companies will end up repaying.
And the key snippet from the entire piece:
The two mortgage finance companies have been operating under federal control for more than two years.
Tack that track record to that of the Post Office and Amtrak, social security and Medicare. All either bankrupt or well on their way to being bankrupt. And ObamaCare will be different... how? Speaking of, via HotAir: New study shows ObamaCare subsidies potentially five times higher in first year than predicted. Hang onto your butts! That money hole? It's betting bigger:
