Any new taxes, and there are plenty coming down the pike, go to extra spending measures, not debt reduction. So says the data as explained by Rep. Kevin Brady, (R-Texas):
The solution? Starve the heroine addict of heroine. Or as Rick Santilli says - "STOP SPENDING!:"
