The small town of Scandia, Minnesota (pop. 3,692) recently held a parade where they mocked US President Barack Obama's intention to "spread the wealth."

For those who don't recognize farm equipment, the trailer behind the tractor is a manure spreader.
…And, yes that's a donkey driving the tractor.
(It's not clear when this parade took place.)
